The Female Edit program was designed to change the way women are educated and mind-body trained so that the musculoskeletal area of their mid-body is addressed comprehensively. The mid-body is a term that describes the essential structures of the pelvic floor, hips, glutes and core: essentially the centerpiece of the female body. Tara believes a mid-body approach is key in helping to address pelvic floor dysfunction. When the mid-body areas aren’t optimally functioning many common issues occur that impact women’s quality of life. The female edit physical therapy approach has been curated to REFORM, REFINE, and RESTORE the pelvic floor and core to promote better wellbeing for women.
The Female Edit program begins with a 1:1 initial consultation that will comprehensively determine how to get you functioning at your best with a keen focus on pelvic floor and core integration. After your 1:1 consultation your program can be designed 1:1 or in our small group collectives. You will complete this program with improved pelvic floor health and function and optimal core, lumbar spine, glutes, and hip strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular integration that will flow into better performance in daily activities and athletic endeavors.
Sessions are currently taking place in private or small groups at Rise Wellness Studio located in Park City, UT. All equipment is provided on site. All bookings should be placed via our contact form located on this website.
